Was reading online and it says you cannot install Windows 7 professional bit on Intel 7th and generation processor. Not sure whether all these things works or not.

Tetsujin why not mention just one issue if possible, an important one? There is no 'specific issue' there is a whole slew of issues, trying to bypass your 'not supported' status. Are you planning to keep these computers for more than a year and a half?
